Our work

We provide high quality, affordable housing and care and support services for people in south and west Birmingham.

Our four main priorities for the next five years are to:

• Deliver excellent homes and services that meet the expectations, desires and needs of our residents
• Encourage residents to shape the way their communities, homes and services are developed
• Work together with partners to deliver consistent and holistic services to achieve sustainable communities
• Ensure the Association is financially secure and has the capacity to grow.

We also aim to:

• Improve services and provide affordable housing to those who need it
• Review and develop our housing to meet changing needs and priorities
• Give residents opportunities to get involved with decisions that affect them
• Work in partnership with local organisations to benefit residents
• Review our services to ensure any changes improve resident satisfaction, quality and value for money
• Make sure our services are available to everyone and meet the needs of a diverse population.
