Money advice service

We are working in partnership with Birmingham City Council's Debt Advice team to provide a free, confidential and independent service that can help you to:

• Get a full benefit check
• Deal with people who you owe money to
• Get budgeting advice.

Appointments are available on Thursdays at 10am, 11am, 12pm and 1pm at the Kings Heath neighbourhood office.

The money advisor is also able to:

• Ensure that you are receiving all the benefits you are entitled to
• Talk to the people you owe money to and negotiate a repayment agreement
• Help you to draw up a budget.
