Meet the teams

There are lots of different teams and departments within Moseley and District Churches Housing Assocation. You can find out more about the work of Moseley and District’s teams, and how they can help you, in this section.


Service Improvement team

This team are responsible for:

  • Resident engagement activities
  • Scrutiny panel
  • Performance data
  • Board reports
  • Internal audits
  • Regulatory returns
  • Satisfaction surveys
  • Complaints handling
  • Website updates
  • Customer service coaching
  • Residents newsletters.

Asset Team

The Asset Management team look after the maintenance of your home. They work with the contractors who carry out general repairs, planned maintenance (such as kitchen or window replacements), and the painting of the outside of your home.

The Asset Management team also:

  • Provide a neighbourhood technician service
  • Regularly inspect and manage the cleaning and gardening of all communal areas
  • Bring all empty properties up to Moseley and District the correct standard to enable them to be let again as quickly as possible.

Communities team

The Communities team include Housing Officers. The team look after the day-to-day running of your home and neighbourhood, such as:

  • The terms of your tenancy
  • Tenancy assignment
  • Exchanges
  • Subletting and lodgers
  • Improvements and alterations
  • Ending your tenancy
  • Waiting lists for homes
  • Transfers
  • Anti-social behaviour
  • Estate walkabouts.

Income Recovery team

The Income Recovery team are responsible for:

  • Collection of rent and service charges
  • Collection of other related payments – former tenancy debt, court costs, rechargeable repairs and supporting people charges
  • Collection of any outstanding debt to the organisation
  • Offering help and assistance to residents who find it difficult to pay their rent
  • Working with money and debt advice agencies and other organisations to help you
  • Implementation of rent and service charge increases.
