Choice-based lettings
Birmingham City Council has introduced choice-based lettings (CBL). This is a new way for people to rent a home from other local housing associations or the council. Residents can bid on council properties and some housing association properties, including Moseley and District's homes.
The scheme is open to people who have registered with Birmingham City Council as looking for a home. Homes that are available for renting will be advertised at birminghamhomechoice.org.uk
Once you are registered, you can bid for the homes you are interested in.
For further information about finding a home, please call 0300 111 7000 extension 5035.
Remember, if you are already a resident with another social landlord you can exchange your existing home. Go to homeswapper.co.uk
