Our contractors

Before you let anyone into your home to carry out a repair, inspection or gas service, please check their identity card. If you are at all unsure, ask the person to stay outside and call us on 0300 111 7000.

Moseley and District have appointed the following contractors to carry out all repairs work:
 

Young & Harris

Young and Harris have been looking after our responsive repairs service since 2007. They cover routine, urgent and emergency repairs (including out of hours).

Logmoor Limited

Logmoor Limited have been looking after our void property repairs service since 2007. 

Hardyman Group Limited

Hardyman have been looking after our cyclical repairs and painting programmes since 2007. They cover external repairs and redecorations, communal area repairs and redecorations, window and door replacements, roof and gutter repairs and replacements, and the kitchen replacement programme.

Status Heating Limited

Status Heating have been working with us as a partner contractor since 2007 looking after our gas servicing and maintenance. They cover annual servicing of gas appliances, gas repairs and planned works (new central heating systems or boilers).

Hi-Spec

Hi-Spec have been working with Moseley and District as a partner contractor since 2010 looking after our communal cleaning and gardening service. Their work includes the cleaning of communal and shared areas, window cleaning and garden services.
 

Residents were involved in the selection of our contractors and helped to set our service standards.
