Barry Picken

Joint Vice-Chair

Barry became joint Vice-Chair of the Board in 2011. He is Chairman of the Wolverhampton City NHS Primary Care Trust and was formerly General Manager of the Black Country Development Corporation. Barry has been a member of the Accord Group Board of Management since 1995 and was Chairman from October 2005 to October 2008.
