About us

Moseley and District Churches Housing Association was founded in 1966. It is a non profit-making social landlord registered with the Tenant Services Authority.

Moseley and District provides high quality rented homes in south and west Birmingham for people on a low income. These range from studio flats for single people, to large houses suitable for extended families. We also provide a range of care and support services.

All of our homes are managed and maintained to a high standard by our housing team, who work closely with their colleagues in Care and Support to ensure that we provide for a wide range of housing needs.

Our vision is one in which people have more choice about their homes, the services they receive and where people can be involved in developing their communities.

Performance is reported to staff and residents via steering group meetings on a monthly basis, and to our board on a quarterly basis. The Tenant Services Authority (TSA) is also provided with performance information at the end of each financial year.
